Georges Gay is the name of the Swiss watches manufacturer founded in Vallee-de-Joux in the 1943 and specialized assembling and development of advanced complications watches. The Georges Gay Watches was the owner of DESOTOS brand, and they produced and sold a large number of top quality watches under both names until 2002. The brand was re-launched in 2021 under the management of the two nephews of the founder Georges Gay, and it is under a full development.

Club Audi Ticino by Georges Gay it’s a limited edition Swiss Made automatic chronograph watch with moon phases indicator. Only 20 pieces were ever made, this watch bearing the number 18 from 20.

Ca. 40 mm diameter (not including the crown or the pushers) dual-tone gold plated special type watch case.

Base Valjoux 7758 automatic chronograph movement in gold Oeil-de-Perdrix finish, with 17 jewels, ball-bearing rotor, unidirectional winding, 1/8-seconds counter at 9:00, 30-minutes counter at 12:00, moon phases indicator at 6:00, date opening at 3:00. Cam switching, 28.800 A/h, power reserve ca. 46 hours. .

The watch is working and keeping a pretty precise time, but as for any other used or vintage watch, a basic revision is recommended.
