Dial: black skeleton dial with silver Arabic numerals and accents.
Movement: automatic chronograph, ETA 7751, 25 Jewels, a fourth pusher on the left side of the watch to set the date.
The layout is the standard 7751 Valjoux layout with 24 hours/dual time zone at 9:00, chronograph seconds by central watch hand, 30 minutes at 12:00 and 12 hours at 6:00. The date is indicated by a central pointer circling the perimeter of the dial, day/month opening is at 12:00, with black letters on white discs.
See-thru case-back secured by five screws, marked H326590 | 10 ATM/330 Ft | STAINLESS STEEL | VALJOUX 7751 | SAPPHIRE CRYSTAL | SWISS MADE.
