Delivery
We ship to Switzerland and most of the international destinations.
All orders are shipped with a Swiss Post tracking number.
European Union shipping from France (La Poste / Colissimo) - no customs fees.
During sale periods and promotions, the delivery time may be longer than normal.
Return
Exchanges and returns of unused and unmodified articles within 14 days of the date of purchase (7 days during the sales period). The return articles will be inspected for signs of tampering or missing parts.
Your return will usually be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
