Section 01 · Catalogue
What we sell
Chronoshop sells genuine watch components, parts, accessories, and complete watches sourced through documented channels. Every listing on the catalogue has been physically inspected by the bench in Geneva and graded against our published Condition Grading Scale.
The grade, the description, and the photographs together constitute the offer. Any specimen that ships below the published grade may be returned at our cost (see Returns & Refunds).
Section 02 · Pricing
Currencies and totals
Catalogue prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and may be displayed in EUR, USD, or GBP for reference. The contractual amount is always the CHF amount on the invoice. Where exchange rates apply, they are applied at the moment of order confirmation.
Prices include Swiss VAT where applicable. EU and non-EU customers may be liable for additional customs duties or import taxes on delivery (see Shipping & Delivery).
Section 03 · Order acceptance
When the contract forms
An order placed through the catalogue, by email, or by trade application is an offer to purchase. The contract forms when chronoshop confirms acceptance — typically by email within one business day.
We reserve the right to decline any order without further explanation, including where stock has changed, where pricing was published in error, or where we have reason to doubt the legitimacy of the transaction. In such cases any payment received is refunded in full within seven days.
Section 04 · Payment
How to pay
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- PayPal
- TWINT (Switzerland only)
- Bank transfer in CHF or EUR for trade accounts on net terms
Title in goods passes to the buyer on delivery, against payment received in full.
Section 05 · Warranties
Authenticity and functional warranty
Authenticity is guaranteed without expiry. Functional warranty terms vary by grade and are detailed in the Warranty Policy.
Section 06 · Returns
When you may return
The terms governing returns and refunds — including the misrepresentation right of return, change-of-mind windows, and the AS IS exemption for Fair · C grade specimens — are published in Returns & Refunds.
Section 07 · Liability
Limits and disclaimers
Chronoshop's liability for any single transaction is capped at the amount paid for that transaction, except where Swiss law mandates a higher limit. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. See also our Disclaimer.
Section 08 · Governing law
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising from a transaction with chronoshop is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva.
