Section 01 · Misrepresentation
If a part ships below the published grade
If a part arrives misrepresented against the listing, the description, or the photographs — including grading below the level we published — return shipping is at our cost and a full refund is issued on receipt and verification. The window for raising a misrepresentation claim is fourteen days from delivery.
Send a short written description of the discrepancy with photographs to [email protected]. We respond with return instructions within one business day.
Section 02 · Change of mind
If you no longer want the part
If a part arrives intact and as described but is no longer wanted, return shipping is at the buyer's cost. The part must arrive in the same packaging and the same state as it left the bench, accompanied by all original documentation. Refund is issued within seven days of receipt and verification.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within fourteen days of delivery.
Section 03 · AS IS exemption
When change-of-mind does not apply
Specimens graded Fair · C on the Condition Grading Scale are sold AS IS. The condition is published openly and confirmed by the buyer at checkout. These specimens are exempt from change-of-mind returns, although the misrepresentation right of return remains in full force.
