Section 01 · Authenticity
Guaranteed without expiry
Authenticity is guaranteed without expiry. If a part is later determined not to be what the listing represented, the original transaction is reversed in full at any point in the future, regardless of how long ago the sale took place. This guarantee transfers to subsequent owners on production of original chronoshop documentation.
Section 02 · Functional warranty
Where it applies
Functional warranty is offered against manufacturing or installation defects on parts graded NOS · A+ or Excellent · A, for thirty days from delivery, where:
- The part has been installed by a qualified watchmaker
- Damage is not consistent with installation error
- The defect is reported within the 30-day window with photographs
Where these conditions are met, we replace the part where stock allows or refund the transaction in full.
Section 03 · Lower grades
Why no functional warranty applies
No functional warranty is offered on Good · B or Fair · C grade parts. The grade itself is the warranty: the part is what we said it was. Any cosmetic or functional issues consistent with the published grade are not warrantable defects — they are the basis on which the part was offered.
Section 04 · Process
How to claim
Email [email protected] with the order reference, photographs of the defect, and a written description from the installing watchmaker. We respond within one business day.
